1. Booking & Reservations

To guarantee vehicle availability, we strongly recommend submitting all executive transfer requests a minimum of 12 to 24 hours in advance. While we will make every effort to accommodate immediate dispatch requests, they are subject to fleet availability and cannot be guaranteed without prior confirmation.

2. Fixed-Rate Pricing Model

Yarra Luxury Cabs operates strictly on a pre-quoted, fixed-rate pricing structure. The fare provided to you at the time of booking is the final amount payable. This rate includes standard tolls and standard airport parking fees. We do not apply surge pricing during peak hours or inclement weather.

3. Wait Times & Flight Tracking

We utilize advanced real-time flight tracking. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your chauffeur will adjust their arrival time accordingly at no additional cost.

• Airport Pickups: A complimentary wait time of 45 minutes is provided from the actual flight landing time.
• Standard Pickups: A complimentary wait time of 15 minutes is provided for residential, hotel, or corporate pickups.
• Exceeding these grace periods may result in additional standby charges billed at our standard hourly rate.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

We understand that executive schedules are subject to sudden changes. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while protecting our chauffeurs' scheduled hours:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch time will incur absolutely no penalty.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, or "no-shows" at the pickup location, may be charged up to the full quoted amount of the transfer.

5. Vehicle Capacity & Luggage

For safety and comfort, the maximum passenger and luggage capacity of each vehicle class (Sedan vs. Premium SUV) must be strictly adhered to. If a party exceeds the capacity of the booked vehicle, the chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service or require an immediate upgrade to a larger vehicle, subject to availability and additional fees.

6. Conduct & Cleaning

Yarra Luxury Cabs maintains an immaculate fleet. Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of food are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. The client assumes full financial responsibility for any excessive cleaning or physical damage to the vehicle's interior caused during the duration of their charter.
